We use your data to provide the Kerb Appeal service, process payments, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, status updates, invoices), and improve the platform.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. All connections are encrypted in transit (TLS).

5. Third-party services

We share data with: Supabase (database and authentication), Google (Drive, Calendar, Places integrations), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing, when available). We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe.

Kerb Appeal processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Where we process data on behalf of our customers, we act as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
