3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment and billing

Fees are charged monthly based on your selected plan. Project fees are charged for completed projects only. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

Kerb Appeal is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
